Price Counseling Center provides professional clinical evaluations for a variety of needs. Whether court-ordered, employer-mandated, or self-referred, our evaluations are conducted by licensed professionals who provide thorough, accurate assessments.

Our Evaluation Services

Alcohol & Drug Evaluation — $150

30–55 minute clinical interview to assess substance use. Commonly required for DUI charges, court orders, and employer mandates. Arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. Official copy available in 5–10 business days.

Anger Evaluation — $150

30–55 minute interview using screening tools and clinical assessment to evaluate anger management needs and appropriate treatment level. Official copy available in 5–10 business days.

Mental Health Evaluation — $200

30–55 minute interview to evaluate an individual's mental health status and potential threat to self or others. May be requested by a judge, attorney, probation officer, loved one, or the individual. Official copy available in 5–10 business days.

PTSD Evaluation — $200

Clinical evaluation specifically focused on assessing post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms and treatment needs. Official copy available in 5–10 business days.

Shoplifting Evaluation — $150

30-minute interview typically conducted after a shoplifting charge. Discusses circumstances surrounding the incident and probability of recurrence. Official copy available in 5–10 business days.

Life Skills Evaluation

30-minute interview to evaluate whether an individual has appropriate life skills for their age and position. Official copy available in 5–10 business days.

Immigration Evaluation — $500–$1,000

For Spousal Abuse (VAWA), Asylum Seekers, U Visas, and Extreme Hardship cases. Involves 2–3 interviews lasting 1–2 hours each. Produces a written report for immigration proceedings. Can be conducted with a Spanish interpreter. Official copy available in 15–20 business days.

All evaluations include a written report that can be provided to courts, employers, probation officers, or other requesting parties as needed.
